Where the money goes
Democracy Monitor costs about $250/month to run: hosting for the web service and database, and AI review of every new government document each week. The code, methodology, and data are all open — anyone can inspect how assessments are made or download the full document repository. Contributions go toward these operating costs and, beyond them, toward building out the roadmap.

Democracy Monitor is built and operated by Agile Explorations LLC, a for-profit company. Contributions support the project directly and are not tax-deductible charitable donations.
